PULMONARY REHABILITATION
MISSION STATEMENT

To provide a "leading edge" program of pulmonary/community conditioning to persons with known pulmonary disease, to family members and to those with the intent of lowering the risk of "lifestyle" related disease.  The program will equip the participant with the necessary tools to assist him/her towards him/her personal level of optimal, physical, psychological, vocational and social health.
